Dr. Kristin Gaines Porlier D.C.

A long time member of the community and former Lake St. Louis water ski team member, Dr. Kristin Gaines Porlier is an August 2009 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic, with a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She is board certified. Dr. Kristin is a health and chiropractic wellness doctor providing education and guidance based on five key ingredients of health; creating a healthy mind, restoring proper function of the nervous system through chiropractic care, nutrition, exercise, and detoxification. Specializing in family of all ages and spinal corrective care, Dr. Kristin also works with Olympic and professional athletes to help them to be able to achieve their optimal athletic performance level. She is the official chiropractor for St. Louis's professional indoor arena football team The River City Raiders and Fight Hard MMA. She has additional training in pediatric and geriatric patient care. She also works with personal injury and automobile accident cases. Dr. Kristin provides corporate wellness programs to local businesses to help reduce the amount of sick days on the job and injury prevention.

Dr. Kristin is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Missouri Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, Academy of Missouri Chiropractors, BNI, Women’s networking, and O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce. Outside of the office Dr. Kristin enjoys spending time out on the lake with her husband and dog, volunteering at her church, and various outdoor activities.
